There is so much happening in my head right now and I have to stop getting excited for things too quickly. Sometimes there are no opportunities and you sit quietly at home and then suddenly things pop up out of nowhere. But my worst habit is getting excited too early for things and I need to relax. ;) J is having such a good time in Quebec and I am so happy for her that she got to experience it all. It's her first major trip (which she remembers), we go to the States often but this one she paid for by herself and is going with friends/school trip. But she sent me like 6 texts (that is a record) this morning and I was trying so hard to sleep in haha. But it was really nice, to receive these happy, excited texts.

"M I'm at the cutest boulangerie and I just got everyone macarons! Tous les macarons!"
"M I just went into this music and bookstore where this man dressed really nice sold me a classic French book and I spoke to him all in French! No English!"
"M omg French accordion music! Well dressed men carry books and cameras! And croissants, I wanna live here so bad it's perfect!"

Ahaha when she mentioned the books, all I thought was those books must be being held together by a belt strap, as if this was Gaston in Beauty and the Beast. Alright off to eat and get ready! Need to pick up my poster today from the gallery it was at. I never knew they were still giving it out. I would have come in so long ago. :/ And need to fix one logo up. Environmental meeting today! And downtown tomorrow, so not sure if I'll make it to zumba. :/

And two nights ago I was sitting on my couch/chair, which I never do, and I was just trying to get my eyes away from a screen because they hurt. And so I did my manuka routine and then practiced some more German. Basically I just read German lines and pretended I could actually speak the language. Better than not practicing anything right? And then I was sitting right by my cameras and just picked up my Konica and put film in. I haven't put film in a camera for like 8-9 years. And I wasn't sure if I even did it right, because I didn't take much pictures with film. But it's in there so now I have to use it. And I got a manual online I have to read through and it's in English/German. :) Because there seemed to be no shutter speed and I was very confused. So going to read up on everything and begin one of my goals this year.

Flickr Getty Images also contacted me to sell some photos off my Flickr. I started to fill out the application yesterday and then realized mm maybe I should read the contract and such instead of rushing into it all. :P

Had a small talk yesterday with E, awks, jellie and other nonsense. :) She was feeling sick all day yesterday. Also had M over for two movies. We watched The Fighter (ech ok) and then tried for like 1.5 hr or so to get Groundhog Day to work from her computer and our weird internet. It did! We watched Groundhog Day on Groundhog Day. It's an early spring this year. We also updated the movie list. Ok off to get ready!

Evening Update:

It's funny how the morning can be so up and happy and everything can become a bit less exciting in the evening. It wasn't a bad evening it was just a bit surprising, when you don't expect something. The bus was late, thankfully our meeting always starts a few minutes late so I was perfectly on time anyway. ;) We went through the logos and have a few things to work on. And the package. Then walked from UofT to Lansdowne to pick up my poster.

One naughty thing that happened, it started to rain a bit so I put my glasses into my pocket. Now, I know this sounds like a bad idea, and it was I was thinking the same thing. However, I thought that if nothing touched my glasses in my big pocket it would be alright. And it would have been alright had I left that caramel bar. I moved my purse from the back to the front and that's when it squished my glasses and they snapped like a nerd in the middle. When it comes to glasses I am extremely picky. These ones are perfect, the perfect shape I have had them for 5 years now. And was so careful when traveling and everything. I went to Wal-mart after my bus ride to check some frames out, and I found a similar pair! For now however I might just glue them together. I'm too lazy to find my old pair. I was 100% sure I knew where it was, and now am very confused. That is enough sad news, this blog is dedicated to fun things and cool videos. ;)

I began to write a letter to P, almost complete and should send it soon. Well Monday is when the mail runs again. Having a lot of high hopes lately as well. And need to get back into cooking, I took a break for a week but it's time to get back to it. It's hard now since it's getting very busy. I guess it's time to make a list/calendar!
