Some more purchases, double great. That's it! The Great Gatsby tote I am excited for I saw it last year and have loved the book since I read it in high school. I never understood why I was the only one in the class that did. :P And then had seen these Gatsby sweatshirts, t-shirts and totes but was always hesitant to buy them until now. I also need a new tote. They don't last very long with me. Time to save for when I go back home, gifts and travel. Trying to decide where to go for Easter. Also bought something else for someone else, but still a surprise so will not post just in case. :)

This was a nice, relaxing, lazy weekend. Friday even though I was sick I went out with R & L and some other people. We went to the Unibar and then out to one pub and then to dance at another place. It was cold and we all cannot wait for summer. But it has been feeling a lot like spring, well the first day of spring is coming up! And this Thursday it is supposed to be +18. I don't mind the snow but I really love Easter and this year want spring fast! I went home and to sleep at 4 AM. I missed a Skype call though. :( I woke up at 7 AM and decided I was crazy and went back to sleep and got up at 12:36 PM.

The rest of Saturday was spent not showering, wearing the same make-up and clothes from the day before, going grocery shopping this way with a hat to cover up my crazy hair and obviously bumping into someone I know. Why can't life be easy? Then watching all of Season 2 of 2 Broke Girls while drinking 2 L of water or more and too much tea and Neocitran. And still not feeling any better. Then skype with M and then her cat.

Today I woke up after 8 AM and baked some macaroons. They were quite flat but it was still fun to make. Also some pancakes and maple syrup. Missing Canada. Then cleaned up a bit and drove to church. Oh parking is fun, you can tell it's all the Polish people trying to find a parking spot near the area. And you can't shake your fist if someone steals your spot because you'll just see them at church anyway. After mass I drove to the University hoping it would be open somewhere indoors to study some German. But it turns out it was nicer enough to study outside..in March! After it got a bit chilly and went through the Archeology Museum and had a nice talk with the security guard. He also gave me a map of the other museums around the city. And you can draw downstairs in the museum, the Greek/Roman statues. There are chairs provided and I am going to go back and do it. Then I went to the medicine museum. And went to the Botanischer Garden, but it's a bit sad now. There were a few things growing but not so much. In the summer it must be nice! And there were some pink flowers at the University growing and it was so nice to see!

Then had to go to the bathroom so drove back and then drove towards home. I found an outdoor/closed space to study. By the boat dock, it was so nice! Then got back in the car and drove further south turned around found another parking spot by the lake watched the pink sky and sun set with a hot air balloon in the sky. And studied a bit more. But I don't think I'll be making it to my first day of class anyway. Now finishing up some work, shower and sleep. I need to get as much sleep as possible. No more procrastinating. Oh yeah I also ate like 16 chocolate popsicles this weekend.

I am looking forward to returning back home lately. I miss friends and family, I don't miss my neighbourhood. :P I miss dressing up and I want pielgrzymka to happen soon. It's so nice here as well but I don't know what I want. I want an apartment, M got me all excited with her's. I cannot believe it has happened, just talking about all this a few months/years back and now it is all happening. I want a design job as well. I feel inspired this weekend. :)

Some purchases from today. Great. 

Online Shopping. Why do you do this to me? And why this current obsession with coats? I feel as if I have boughten so many coats here. Well 2 I returned today but still. I just ordered a green (yes another green coat) bomber jacket. It's one of those jackets that I hope fits perfectly, it looks great! It reminds me of a coat my mom used to have and have wanted something similar for so long. Hope it fits just right! And the well awaited white ox converse. As well as for a white dress. I almost ordered one years ago, I sat in front of the computer and could not decide, shipping was horrible so decided against it until now. Please fit right, it has a retro feel to it. And a navy and white anchor/polka dot bikini top. Now I have to learn how to swim, I keep buying suits but cannot swim?

Cannot wait for spring and summer. I do like winter and will miss it but I want to go out and run and play. :) Now that I look at that dress again it doesn't look like my style anymore. So $160 later..ugh..this is all my blog is about. Me making plans then failing, me buying cute things posting photos from online then in real life when I receive them, me getting upset at how much I spend and doing it over and over. I'm not all like this in real life, promise.

I cannot wait to get back into designing. Actually I can start this weekend, the last country poster I didn't submit to, even though it was Rio De Janerio, and would have been a lot of fun. The next one I just saw is Istanbul!! Hurray! They always pick such good cities. I also need to redesign my website. But first a type poster for May. Yes I am starting it now because knowing me, I will either rush the day before or just not have time. I can't wait to film again as well, I need an HD camera. And take some photography classes. I want to go paragliding and white water rafting. And really learn how to swim, driving with the oma yesterday and she was surprised I couldn't swim. I was surprised too, this huge lake steps away from home. A must! And want an apartment and to go to San Francisco. Ah I cannot wait to try again skiing/snowboarding this winter!

I fell asleep today at 2 PM or so because I went to sleep at 2 AM. And with a mild sore throat not the smartest plan. It's almost 12:30 AM now time for sleep! And day two of workout, yay!

A diet? What's that?! I don't think I ever, ever imagined myself on a diet. My body just didn't work that way, I was stick thin in elementary school and then Europe happened. And trying new foods, and getting older and lazier. And today was day one and I failed, I made it till 9:30 PM.  Then I sat with some nutella, a small ice cream and a block of mozzarella cheese. Tomorrow try harder. Someone close to me is on a military diet, I don't think the military has such tasty food as this military diet but hope they are doing well. This nanny belly has got to go. There are 5 months and 9 days till home. Today I was talking with the grandma and saying it's really going to go by so quickly!

I haven't unpacked since coming back yesterday, partly, but did clean up a bit. I also did some shopping. :/ Come on, what's wrong with me? But, but..it was a white cable knit sweater and a white sleeveless summer blouse. Both have been on a search for some time, and of course from H&M.

Just realized how old I will be this year..

Today I was stopped on Bahnhofstrasse and asked I believe if I wanted a haircut, it was all rather confusing and fast. But I actually do want a haircut. I barely do get my hair cut because it never turns out the way I picture in my head. No matter how many examples I show, expect for one stylist, I remember he wore white pants and a white shirt and a Gucci belt. But despite the outfit he did a great job! I want to cut it short some times, other times I want bangs..though when I look back at photos they didn't look too good, maybe because I did them myself. And I always had to straighten them. :/

Made my first purchase from Zalando. For months have been seeing the boxes and everyone talks about it but never ordered. I ordered a ski jacket haha after the ski trip and an evening coat. I sound like an old man just writing that.

Have discovered some new things with old friends and am happy things have changed and are moving along. I signed up for my next intensive German course for March! It's actually going to be intense.

I love my cable knit sweater. Like I love my grey sweater. When you find that perfect sweater and want to wear it all the time. :) Have to keep up more on my travel blog and reply back to 3423 people. :/ Actually it's almost April and I owe my cousin an e-mail yes from last April.

I think I want to get contacts as well. Time to try new things. Actually, I tried before at Costco and it was horrible. But that was grade 12. I want to wear sunglasses! I did not stand in line forever at Forever 21 (hah) to buy some $6 glasses I never wear.

Also still obsessed with watches. You'd think being here in Switzerland I would buy all of them. But haven't really looked into them. Rose Gold Watch..I just ordered one. With my well awaited white converse shoes..how will I fit all my things in my luggage?!

Ech I think I got another speeding ticket today, second one. :/  Today when picking up a product at Jelmoli I got a free sample of a cellulite cream..please give me 10 more years?!

I can't wait to go backt o wearing non-nanny clothes and picking out fun outfits..thinking of places to go for Easter. And this weekend..I should go somewhere but at the same time feel like I should be smart and save money but I'm here in Europe?! Have an obsession with coats by the way. I can't wait for Joe Fresh. Back hurting again.

I ordered too many books on Amazon last week and am so excited to receive them. Some I had to send back home to Canada and others to my home here in Switzerland. At the moment, I am reading a Polish book I received from my grandma in 1997..yes it's taking me some time but have finalyl gotten motivated tos it down and read through, chapter 10! I will finish it before I leave. There were a few other books I wanted to order but after seeing that my books will cost around $300 I thought I'd wait a bit..and since I am going back I didn't want to send them all here. At the moment I am in Celerina and it is beautiful!! I haven't gone skiing yet, I start work shortly before 12. In the morning I got up at 8 AM and had breakfast downstairs with my book. :P And then went for a -20 walk. I tried to find a church but ended up going the opposite direction until later when I came back realizing. There was no mass, the schedule is quite confusing actually, but will see about Wednesday. It's so beautiful here. I feel as if I am 5 years old wearing tights under pants and jumping into snow that is up to my knees. Wearing big snow boots and orange puffy jackets. My hotel room is cute, it has a slanted roof, 2 beds, a desk with 2 orange chairs and a closet.
